    Grape Grower Survey

    This survey of Appalachian commercial grape growers will document existing vineyard composition and practices with a focus upon practical issues affecting harvest yield and ultimately your success. ASU Viticulture & Enology Program collects information to help you. Our staff will contact most growers by telephone or in person to facilitate data collection and assist you with the details of the survey. Please donate a few moments and fill out this form or participate in an interview.

    We will all benefit from collection of good information. ASU will collect and analyze the data, MAINTAINING COMPLETE CONFIDENTIALITY for individual vineyards and growers! The summary data will be used to better target extension and applied research efforts, and will be available for use of the Appalachian grape growers, researchers and extension agents.
